While we hope you love your order from the Avenue, we understand there may be a need to return your item(s). Please see below for details on our updated shipping & returns policy.

Returns

Orders placed online can be processed on https://only-on-the-avenue.loopreturns.com/. In store purchases can be returned at the store. Customers that opt for a refund to their card will be charged a flat rate of $15. No shipping fee will be charged to customers that opt for store credit. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to process. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Full Price Merchandise

We accept returns of full price merchandise that are initiated and shipped back to us within 14 days of the fulfillment date for a full refund. All items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached and include all original packaging. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. 

Sale Merchandise

We accept returns of sale merchandise, including those that were discounted with a promotional code, that are initiated and shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Items under 40% off will receive a store credit refund and items 40% off or more will be considered final sale. All items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached and include all original packaging. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. 

Gifts

We offer specialty gift wrapping and handwritten cards for an added fee. Simply add this service to your cart and include your note in the "Gift Message" box at checkout.

If you are returning a gift, we have to refund the customer who paid for the item. We are happy to exchange your gift, but we will have to inform the original purchaser. Gift wrapping services will not be refunded.

Damaged Goods

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at hi@onlyontheavenue.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take it from there!

Lost Goods

The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details and ship-to address. Please confirm the address is correct as we are unable to reroute goods once they have been shipped.

Orders can take from 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped that will include a tracking number. Please note that in some cases, your items may arrive in multiple shipments. We partner with a select assortment of our retail brands who ship their products directly to you; please note these details in the product description.

Please note that all orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Any expedited orders placed on Saturdays and/or Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday or next business day if it is a holiday. 

Location

We currently ship to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. We are working to offer international shipping soon!

Cost

Standard shipping (1 to 7 business day transit) on all orders is $10. Please note that order processing may take up to 10 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

*Excludes breakable and oversized items. 

Expedited shipping is $35 for UPS 2-Day and $50 for UPS Next Day Air. Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. Please note that all orders are shipped Monday-Friday so any expedited orders placed on Saturdays and/or Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday. 

Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
